Hello dev team. I would like to propose the inclusion of INDOOR relative humidity and wet bulb temperatures in the next SDR. Dry bulb temperatures for both indoor and outdoor are already available.

Reasoning: resilience is becoming a larger issue as we've seen with buildings blueprint and also recent focus of ASHRAE on this topic as well. Resilience and healthy indoor conditions play well together. Including INDOOR relative humidity at least, while keeping indoor dry bulb temperature, could allow other metrics like wet bulb temperature and others to be calculated. Please consider adding these to the next SDR.

Note also a new "Wetbulb Globe Temperature" output variable that E+ v24.2.0 will introduce. I seem to recall us manually calculating something like this for ResStock in years past.

Wetbulb Globe Temperature is probably a resilience metric from @jmaguire1. We should be more specific about the actual metrics needed for the "resilience" reference in the Blueprint.

Question: What resilience metrics should we be using?
