Enhancement - SkySpark Report to Run ToWX or ML Model Against a A Weather File and Send to User

I do lots of model forecasts using energy data looking at typical year weather files.

I'd like a report or function that allows a user to identify the point(s) that have a model and feed them the ToWX or ML model with a reference weather file and spits out a 15-minute (ideal) or hourly (ok first step). Once the model is read and run, email it to the user specified in the SkySpark taskRun() statement.
