names that we currently use to refer to the id used to interface with a run:

modelId (REST API)
siteRef (haystack/graphql)
ref_id (worker)
run_id (worker, alfalfa-client, tests)
site_id (alfalfa-client)
siteref (alfalfa-client)
model_id (tests)

We should try to pick one to make everyone's lives easier
