Feature: Custom Command Shortcuts

Im still missing the possibility to create shortcuts / aliases for commands in generel.
In v1, this was possible, since it was 'global aliases' eg. ["brb", "switch brb"], ["mobile", "switch rtmp"]

so typing !brb would be an alias to: !switch brb

(I only think its necessary to make aliases for scene-switching, so there might be a more simple solution for that to keep it simple)
