Currently, the generate_categorical_fim.py script provides the option to download the metadata for all NWS LIDs or just one NWS LID. This adds a lot of processing time if you are just hoping to run a few HUCs. It would be useful to update this script so just a few NWS LIDS can be run (instead of just one or all of them).

Update the script so that it can intake a list of NWS_IDs (or a HUC8 ID).
