Online presence of doctor

actually i want to add one feature in this project which is related to presence of doctors in dispensary at that time. it should be like show name of present doctor right now or use a facebook's feature if he is online make green circle alongside his name. so the advantage is we can find that whether doctor is available or not at this time. some time when we go we didn't found any doctor except some staff, it may be doctor have some emergency so he can go anywhere. so whenever doctor come to discrepancy and login to his system, then it will show to all guy's portal that doctor is available or not.

another thing is if doctor login daily almost same time duration, make a database of login time. take an approximation time, and show to the user that almost around this time doctor may be available. but it should be only when they do their duty at same time . i mean if doctor's duty's time changes from morning shift to evening shift than don't use it. confirm from them, than only use this one
