Stream tracking assumes 1x1x1mm resolution, any input data with different resolution needs to adjust computed CSF metrics #4

Not exactly sure where, but likely in klaplace there is an assumption embedded that the data is at 1x1x1 resolution (or it could be in the grid creation). In any case, if input data is other than 1x1x1mm then computed CSF density/volume estimation is off accordingly.

Workaround (only for isotropic resolution input):

  • rescale the densities/volume estimates by the scaling factor to 1x1x1
