Description

We will need an update for the new grazing mode, per NGEET/fates#1140.

Suggested fix

Add summary description of the land use grazing mode pointing to the tech note in addition to instructions on how the user should enable the mode. This could be just an additional subsection in the namelist options page or a new page under the user section.
