Migrate to dev VM to enable multiple access keys

Feat/multiple function access keys #156 has recently been merged into the dev branch of NearSocial/VM repository.

It adds support for multiple Limited Access Keys on BOS gateway to enable "Don't ask me again" when interacting with third-party contracts on BOS.

We should enable this functionality on this gateway in order to take advantage of the functionality and explore improvements/test resilience/give feedback to the VM's next release.

Update the VM in package.json to :

"near-social-vm": "git+https://github.com/NearSocial/VM.git#dev"
