Use the python-based MusicBox in the model runners instead of the command-line Fortran version of MusicBox

blocked by NCAR/music-box#178

Acceptance Criteria

  • MusicBox API server uses the latest version of MusicBox available from pypi (https://pypi.org/project/acom-music-box/) to do simulations for gas-phase systems (PyPartMC should still be used for gas/aerosol systems)
