CODEM is dropping any vertical CRS information that is present in the input files. The vertical CRS of the registered product should be inherited from the foundation DSM.

To follow up on this, it appears that codem retains the vertical CRS information if it is recognized by gdalinfo, but does not recognize it if it's set as a GeoTIFF key (where listgeo recognized it).
