Color coding projects

Please describe the feature

As an NBIS employee, I would like the option to color code my issues to facilitate better project management.

Detailed description

• Allow the div element for each issue to have a user defined color
• Add a tiny colorpicker widget to the left of each issue to enable the user to select a color
• Have the selected color persist between sessions

This is the end result that I imagine.
