Add Pixi tasks to fetch things locally

It's time consuming to copy and paste paths for different projects.

Describe the solution you'd like
Git cloning the repo from the HPC to local provides a method to keep the directory root stored in the project. This means a pixi task can fetch non tracked files locally with rsync using the git info, so it's easier to fetch data to work with.
