Review tutorials for home dir storage

We should make a pass through the tutorials and how-tos for references to writing to the home directory in the hub, and modify to use S3 buckets. At the same time, we need to make sure that we aren't teaching antipatterns for local use... i.e., if the tutorial can be run locally, if you're doing it locally you don't need to use S3
