Error after restarting #21

After restarting the containers of gateway can not work and give the following error message

2024-04-28 13:43:13,437 root ERROR: BUSYGROUP Consumer Group name already exists
2024-04-28 14:55:49,694 root ERROR: cannot perform operation: another operation is in progress
2024-04-28 14:55:49,697 root ERROR: cannot use Connection.transaction() in a manually started transaction

The restarting behavior should be adjusted in docker-compose.yml
