default project for all users #214

Right now, if a user has "user" role and is not assigned to any project, he/she will not see anything in APP.
Possible solutions:

Set a wildcard for assigning users in project, indicating the permission for everyone
Create default project, e.g. with empty fiware service or a default fiware service from .env. All users will have access to this project

I personally prefer the first one, because the server admin can design the behavior individually. And the implementation is also straightforward
