ember emitter generates the pulse but don´t send it

i tried using latest stable embers and the dev builds, i also found an similar problem in reddit, the mod list is this

This is Valkyrien Warfare's fault, not embers, that mod changes the physics of things, so i assume a fix would be to blacklist ember's energy, no idea how it works though.
