Steps to Reproduce Issue

The issue is specifically with the SUI Wallet Chrome extension.

1. Download the extension.
2. Sign in or sign up using Google.
3. Go to settings and switch to Testnet or Devnet (same issue with both).
4. Click on Request Testnet SUI Tokens.

At that point, I got an error specifying that there had been too many requests from this account and to try again later. One of my colleagues replicated this issue. It takes a lot of work to get Testnet tokens.

Expected Result

I expect to get Testnet or Devnet tokens.

Actual Result

I don't get the tokens on my account, and I get the same error every time I try.
