User Request for the TOOL: Add the ability to import a list such as a csv, and generate a list of results.

I'm interested in helping out with creating a tool to import a CSV to then generate a list of results, but I'm new to this repo and a little overwhelmed as to where I would look for where to put the code - would a new tool go in a PR under the apca-w3 repo or would it go in a completely separate GitHub repo to be created? And then I guess it would eventually get linked to in this repo.

Cloning to create a new repo sounds good, although I'm leaning more towards not giving me write access. I can create a PR to the new apca-csv repo. Although maybe a proof of concept in a CodePen first might be simpler if you prefer.
