I am not able to get past the "Drupal already installed" page. Permissions seem to be correct. Have tried with DB settings and without. This is a fresh install on a "dev" server:
Maria DB 10.3.39
RHEL 8.9
PHP 8.2.17
mukurtu 3.0.5

Would be willing to try mukurtu 4 if available. Especially if expected to release before September.
