Apply Pay support for donations and other payment methods

We had a donor reach out asking to add Apple Pay support. We've had a big drop off in terms of people clicking through to donation page vs. actually donating, and improving ease of use here before November seems like a good investment:

I admit I'm one of those people. I clicked from my phone, saw I had to fill out info, and thought "ahh, I'll come back later at my desktop" where as the Internet Archive, ActBlue, and similar make it easy to click "amount", donate, and boom they have my donation.

It would probably also be worth seeing if we can update other areas of the site to use Apple Pay as well, particularly if this is mostly a stripe configuration.

We should investigate whether third-party campaign and donation tools would work better than rolling our own.
