Currently it's difficult to track what actions have been taken on a resolved Review Agency task.

For example, in the above task it's difficult to see at a glance which emails were initially errored and what we set as the agency's new primary email.

The former actually doesn't seem to appear consistently across tasks. I've come across some tasks which show more detail about the errored email, others that have no info about the email on the task at all.

It's difficult to tell what's causing each example to appear the way it does because we don't have info about what action we took on any given task. It's possible to piece things together if there are notes on the task, but we'd like more clarity in the resolved tasks view without relying on notes being there.

Having updated emails in this field would be helpful:

If for some reason we've updated the email multiple times across different request, it would be nice to see all of them in this field if it's possible.

We'd also like the email errors to appear consistently across tasks. More info is always helpful if there's a way to track error status changes on the task.
