If you are adding say a few thousand documents to a project that already has several thousand documents, the add_documents() call pretty consistently throws a timeout after 500 documents added, like is the case in the Bulk Add to Project Add-On https://github.com/MuckRock/bulk-add-to-project-add-on/actions
