The use of the pencil icon for "customize keybind’s action" is confusing. Typically, a pencil icon allows users to enter an edit menu for all settings. Here, it's only for a specific one (custom actions). Why not merge both submenus (frames and actions), or use the pencil icon for the edit custom frame settings, and choose a different icon for the "keybind’s action" submenu?
