Probably need to use libcamerify since the distro got rid of MMAL....also
This message means a different application has the camera open so may want to reboot. |

Didn't see this follow up question. The error message is coming from the kernel so I'm inclined to believe that something has it open even it it is a different instance of Motion. The package libcamera-tools has the libcamerify. |

Describe the issue/problem and steps to reproduce
This camera literally released couple days ago and I already tested it with motion on RPi.

/dev/video0 - exist
The "motion" app shows grey screen with text in top-left corner "UNABLE TO OPEN VIDEO DEVICE"
Worked great with same config and IMX477. I assume this is app incompatibility problem on that 4.3.2 version which available in RPi repo.
