Is there currently a way to set text attributes for KCSefiraPrayerAddition options? e.g. bolding the text for the day of the omer to have it stand out from the rest of the prayer text

Nope.

But - you can do it outside the framework. I use substring search and ranges to apply NSAttributedString attributes in Ultimate Omer 3 for this. The framework separates display from text, because there's no good "default" style. Email me for code samples. 😄
