Hey I was confused in the Median correlation vignette that when you get your median correlations the function creates sample_id and sample_class for you which you use in the ggplot. I had to ?median_correlations() which was after I ?aes() to see that it generated sample_class and med_cor, but the help didn't say it created sample_id as well. Checked the med_cor file and saw the 3 there to be used. Cheers!

Thanks @jesudk2! will modify to make it more clear that those variables are coming from the median_correlations function, both in the vignette and in the function documentation.
