A large portion (>50%) of non-course users who request an instance never logs in to unshelve the instance again after the creation. We need to reach out to these people and understand why they do not follow up with a request they clearly went into the trouble of making it. It is possible that:
They never receive the MorphoCloudPortal email with access credentials, and are completely unaware of that their request is approved and ready to used. (ends up in spam?)
They are expecting something to happen instantly (right after the request, perhaps start using).
Instructions they get seems convoluted and they give up.
This is awkward, because most people who understand how actions work, actually like the MorphoCloud and continue to use it. We need to understand the root causes so that we can mitigate them. I am happy to email them individually and try to get answers, but it would be good to obtain their email address and automatically identify this subset of users.
