Bug description:
It is working on Chrome and Firefox properly
I am using this date = "2020-04-20T09:00:26" in India Timezone (+5:30)
This should display time as 9:00 AM but displaying time as 14:30 PM
Chrome and Firefox displays it correctly, but failed for Safari
