Why do I get this error when removing certain orphans?

I seem to get a dir error and a meson warning sometimes, particularly when I remove orphans related to Python packages (?).
Am I missing a package/module or is it something else? Can it be ignored?

I do have python-sphinx installed.

Looks like whatever hook you have installed is missing depends.
