MINIX basis set

I noticed that there's an open PR from a couple years ago about adding Grimme's MINIX - any update here? Obviously I can just get the actual data from the PR, but the get_basis() API has a lot of convenient features (e.g. AutoAux) so if there's any chance of MINIX and the other 3c basis sets making it into a release, that would be great.

I understand there's a lot that goes into a project like this, so it's totally understandable if there are reasons to not add MINIX - I'm just curious if there's a timeline or roadmap for incorporating MINIX, or if the PR is effectively dead. (Same question about the P-orthogonalization PR, which would also be really useful.)
