I have confirmed that ...

Banner is up to date
all dependencies are installed
all plugins and mods are up to date
unable to reproduce in Spigot
unable to reproduce in Fabric

Description

On startup these errors appears in console and some features don't work as expected.

Step to reproduce

Run the server with CMI and CMILib installed
