Black status bar on home screen on Samsung S3

When I return from any app the color of status bar goes to black in place of transparent. Initially it is transparent. If I fully close the app by closing through recent apps then the color returns to transparent. Please find out why this happens

Good description, and by the way:
(1). NO need to closed the app from "recent apps", just open the "recent apps" list and then return to home, the status bar becomes transparent.
(2). if the screen become locked/closed (either manually or automatically),
(3). when wake-up / light screen, the status bar becomes black again.
(4). after unlocking the screen to home, the status bar returns to transparent.
System: Note3 N900 with 4.4.2, official rom.
