Ignore is not working for 'start' command

Bug reproduces only for deepify replicate start command, both with --public-ignore and --private-ignore parameters.

Folders/files specified in ignore files are synchronizing anyway.

I would need some help here to perform test actions properly.

• Can somebody share any documentation or reference task where I can find info about "-ignore" parameter.
• Does the "AWS s3" bucket is included here?
