It's even worse when exporting a file

GeoSolutions.it has gave me a solution that adding &format_options=CHARSET:UTF-8 to WFS URL and this solves the problem for SHP export.

Maybe it is as simple as that.

Don't seems to work because the solution of this link is to WFS URLs, on the example above we work with WMS
