stratorder

Quantifying stratigraphic order using methods from Burgess (2016).

Installation

First, install the remotes package using

install.packages("remotes")

Then, run

remotes::install_github(repo = "MindTheGap-ERC/stratcols",
                        ref = "HEAD",
                        dependencies = TRUE,
                        build_vignettes = TRUE)

to install the required stratcols package, and load it using using

library("stratcols")

Then download the stratorder package using

remotes::install_github(repo = "MindTheGap-ERC/stratorder",
                        ref = "HEAD",
                        dependencies = TRUE,
                        build_vignettes = TRUE)

Start by looking at the vignette via

vignette("stratorder")
