Voting Phase Partial Results

Requirement: Results should be updated every day
Acceptance Criteria: Each Update must be automatically done at UTC 23:59 so the users can see the latest proposal's status, and overwriting previous data to just keep the final one.

Voting Phase Final Results - Summaries

Requirement: Results should be shared as soon as the phase is closed, in the platform and in the Mina Research forum.
Acceptance Criteria: Provide final results.

Voting Results Transparency (this should be handled by granola backend)

Make sure that results are published on-chain in real-time.
Voting weights should reflect the staked tokens or other pre-determined criteria.
