Reported by @mathjazz in #139 (comment).

Steps to reproduce

  1. Start Pontoon locally.
  2. Open Pontoon Add-on options page.
  3. Change Pontoon server option to localhost.

Actual behavior

The list of notifications fails to load.

Expected behavior

The list of notifications should load.
