Step: 03 - 06

Description of issue:
Task 1 already has the user enabling the admin user. Task 2, Steps 1 - 2 have the user navigating to the ipcheck repository. Steps 3 - 6 have the user enabling the admin user and navigating to the ipcheck repository.
