Basic command are a nice start, but where is the full reference to WSL?

Where is the additional help on topics inside of wsl --help?

For instance mount: what are the types?

from wsl --help:
--type
Filesystem to use when mounting a disk, if not specified defaults to ext4.

from Basic commands:

--type : Filesystem type to use when mounting a disk, if not specified defaults to ext4. This command can also be entered as: wsl --mount -t .You can detect the filesystem type using the command: blkid , for example: blkid <dev/sdb1>.

Where is a full reference to each command, command params, options, etc?
