Hybrid Win/Mac isos show duplicate files that cannot be opened.

One hybrid Win/Mac iso that shows duplicate files that cannot be opened in ao486 is "Survival, die Kunst zu überleben" by Navigo (it is on archive, but I also tested an iso made from my original cd). Re-authoring as a Windows only .iso worked for this one. The duplicate files were in media/qt. Windows 10 didn't see them. But ao486 showed them in Windows 95.

Another one I was able to fix in the same way was the “Powers of Ten" multimedia CD .iso. It also showed duplicate .mov files in ao486 that couldn't be opened.

Maybe this is a bug in the way ao486 mounts or accesses hybrid isos?

it's not a bug, it's not perfect implementation of CD.
My knowledge in this are is limited, so anyone is welcome to improve it.
It's in Main, not in ao486 core.
