Description:
The 3D pad has two modes. Digital, for backwards compatibility, and analog. Analog seems to work well in every supported game. However, games that require digital do not respond to the 3D pad even if it's in digital mode.

Repro Steps:
Using a real Sega 3D pad over SNAC, ensure the core menu Input options are set to SNAC: ON
On the 3D pad, set the mode switch to + (digital).
Launch a game with digital-only support (I used Whizz since it's on the improved list)

Result:
The game will not respond to any inputs on the pad in digital mode

Expected:
On real hardware, the game will not respond to the analog setting, but will function perfectly with digital selected.

This has been fixed in last week's unstable nightly build. I tried it yesterday and the 3D pad works great in either mode ❤️

The next stable release will have to this implemented, so we can close this issue now/soon

Thanks srg!🙏
