You can modify lines 27-29 of /src/videojs.logobrand.js

image.style.position = "absolute";
image.style.top = "4px";
image.style.right = "4px";

and modify the values as needed.
If you want to make the logo always stay and never disappear, comment out

    image.style.display = "none";
