[Bug]刚发布的1.4.0版本无法打开，Monterey，隐私设置中没有Open Anyway #98

系统Monterey，两台黑苹果，1.3.8均正常使用。已使用右键打开，选择打开后，没有任何界面或者托盘图标。使用命令行open -a /Applications/ClashX\ Meta.app 也无任何提示。

使用App uninstaller卸载1.3.8再安装1.4.0后也没用。

是否已不支持monterey？
