It currently isn't worth it to resubmit to CRAN because ChemmineOB is failing to build on macOS apple silicon runners. This will likely cause build failure of volcalc on CRAN runners since macOS arm64 binaries for ChemmineOB don't exist on Bioconductor. girke-lab/ChemmineOB#35

Once this is ironed out and a new version of Bioconductor is released with macOS binaries for ChemmineOB it may be possible to re-submit volcalc to CRAN
