When refitting using normal battle armor weight rules(not the tacops battle armor weight) battle armor is always shown as overweight. #5185

Steps to Reproduce

Load any battle armor unit into the refit menu from the hangar. The unit will almost always show that it is overweight and not allow refits.

Correction: This doesn't happen with any BA and not always, just Heavy and Assault over 1 ton. Get them below 1 ton and it works.
Somewhere in there the suit weight is checked against the transport weight, which is 1 ton without the optional rule.

Funnily enough, Light/PA(L) suits that are overweight but lighter than 1 ton are still correctly caught as overweight.
