SNV - Quick editor options in balloon

Is your feature request related to a problem? Please describe.
When I edit a SNV I have the editor options that are included in the size of the app. In the case of a small app, it's difficult to correctly see what we are doing and have a simple UX. Moreover, it changed the final layout of the app and we lost the WYSIWYG experience.

When editing an SNV, the editor options and validation features could appear in a balloon outside the app. This way, the options are more visible, providing us with a clearer view of the final result.
