Description
Currently, it is not possible to track usage of categories in order to use analytics for:

  • Listing items (spaces) based on categories
  • Knowing who has added categories and for which spaces

Expected
Each time a category is added to an item (space), then we can track this operation with following infos:

  • User ID of the user who has added categories
  • Space for which the categories have been added
  • Category name
    • if category has been updated, then display the current one
    • If category is deleted, then do not list the operation
      With this, we must be able to:
  • create a chart to know which categories is mostly used
  • create a chart to know usage of categories by user to understand who is willing to add it
  • create a report (table) to list spaces and their related categories
