Error while creating a monitor #52
Comments
Hi, I have the same problem. When I look at the requirements.txt file I see : uptime-kuma-api==0.13.0 But the supported uptime kuma versions of the package uptime-kuma-api are : So I think the lib need to be updated to work with the latests version of uptime. @dantin-durand What is your version of uptime kuma please ? Thanks. |
Hi @louis-pockost ! |
Ok, so the problem seems to be related to the version of the uptime-kuma-api package. If you go back to version 1.21.2, it works. I think we should wait for the dependencies to be updated before upgrading to a version higher than 1.21.2. @MedAziz11 Are you planning to update it soon ? Thanks for your help :) |
@louis-pockost Thanks man, that solved it for me at the moment. |
@louis-pockost @dantin-durand I've created a PR with the update as I have a similar issue. Just waiting for @MedAziz11 to have a look at it. |
@alencarsouza , Are you sure it is working? I tried adding your changes instead of working it is giving me an invalid host error. for Kuma-api version 1.2.1 && Kuma-uptime 1.23.2. |
@MedAziz11 are you really gonna update the dependencies issue? |
Has this issue be resolved? I cannot have it working with Uptime Kuma 1.23.11 |
@MedAziz11 Are there any plans to upgrade the api version? |
Yes i fixed this by excluding it from docker and i added requirement.txt new version of uptime kuma and install it.

Seems a bit abandoned the uptime-kuma-api project? |
Hi,
when I try to create a monitor with [POST] /monitors and passing this in the request body:
{ "type": "http", "name": "website", "url":"https://example.com" }
I got this in response
status: 500
body:
{ "detail": "'version'" }
do you have a solution for me?
Thanks for your help :)
