Portals entering and exiting the end not working

Hi i'm somewhat new to servers and am just making a little HCF server for fun. Everything is going good ever since I figured out how to allow normal nether portals to be created in the config but being a HCF server your often provide a end portal and a portal that leaves the end. The problem arises when I make these portals they do not go to the destination I set, that being for both entrance and exit. All my other warp portals I've made work (normal world to normal world). I have not tested if the nether does the same thing but i'm assuming it does. Anyways if anyone else is having this problem or have had this problem and fixed it please let me know.
